    Hotel half way on trip?

    So I look up directions for an 11 hour drive and I don't really want to drive the whole way in one day.  I'd really like to see a function on MapQuest that allows me to search for hotels along the trip.  Maybe with an option to choice "how far into the trip" to start searching.  So in this example, I may want to search for a hotel about 6 or 7 hours into the trip, so I only have 4 or 5 to go the next day.  Can something like this be created easily?

      Thanks for posting today, that is a great question. Actually yes, this can be accomplished in the new version of MapQuest in a couple different ways.

      Firstly, you can use the Business Toolbar located above the map. This has an icon for "Hotels and Motels" that will show you all the Hotels and Motels along or nearby your route. Please see the below link for more information:

      Alternatively, you can also search for a specific hotel in the search bar immediately to the right of the Business Toolbar to bring up results near your route.
