Unable to get maps or directions to any location. All I get is a blank page with Mapquest logo at the top. This has been happening for the past few days. Why isn't someone fixing it?
We have found a potential fix to this issue. If you clear your cache in your browser, this should alleviate this issue. For more information about how to do this, refer to the following articles:
Note: To find out what version you have, open Internet Explorer and select Help and then About Internet Explorer. A window will open telling you what version you have.
For AOL users, if you open Internet Explorer outside of AOL (Start->Programs->Internet Explorer), you can fix the issue within AOL by clearing the cache in your Internet Explorer application. After clearing the cache, you can close Internet Explorer and then open your AOL again and MapQuest should work properly within AOL.
Please post comments to this and let us know if this works for you.
I had two customers begin reporting this same issue today. I've tried clearing the cache on a couple of workstations and it didn't resolve the problem. What the next step?
