    Hi Rob-

Are you printing out from the Classic MapQuest or the New MapQuest site (do you see the red Mapquest logo or the purple mapquest with the green mq as shown by my user icon at the top of the map)?

    Hi-

We realize that this has likely caused some confusion with the rebranded application and the New MapQuest site.  For now, the mobile applications will continue to use My Places on the Classic MapQuest site.

We are actively working to get updated mobile applications available for you to download that will point to the My Maps feature on the New MapQuest.

We apologize for any confusion that this has caused.  Stay tuned - we hope to have an update on this soon!

    Hi -

We are sorry you are having problems with the Print feature.  We have found that users sometimes experience this issue when they have their pop-up blockers turned on.

Check to ensure that you have pop-up blockers turned off in your Internet Explorer and in any Toolbars that you might have installed.  (You can sometimes specify what URL you are willing to allow pop-up blockers - just ensure that www.mapquest.com is included in that list.)

Please try this and let us know if you still encounter this issue.

    Hi-

The Send to GPS feature is not yet implemented on the New MapQuest site.  We are working to get this implemented in the next week or two.

In the meantime, you can use the Send to GPS feature on our Classic MapQuest site.  Just look for the Back to Classic link above the zoom controls and then click that to revert to the old site.

Thank you for your patience while we get this feature implemented on the New MapQuest.  Watch for a post for when this feature is available!
