Hi-

If you sent waypoints to your Garmin GPS device, they should be found in the Favorites list of your device.

If you created a route, that is handled differently.

If your device supports routes, you will find the routes listed in the Routes menu on the main page of your GPS device.  For more information, please consult the owner's manual that came with your GPS.

Note: You may need to import a route before it will show up in your Routes menu.  For example, on the Garmin nuvi 755, you would need to go to Tools, click on My Data, and click on Import Route from File.  The MapQuest route file you sent to your GPS device should appear.  Once you select this route and click Import, the route should appear in your Routes menu.
