Repeatedly get an error message when trying to save new or updated directions

Continuously receive the following error message when trying to save changes to directions or save new directions:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. An error has occured while saving your map. Please try again later:"

I will randomly be able to successfully save a record but receive the error more often than not. The error has occurred when using either IE 7, IE 8 or Safari 4.05

I tyed in locations A thru O - the map ROUTE updated well.

When I was done, I tried to print with NO response.

Kept hitting print and still no response after a few hours PLUS, now the map route showing A thru O locations is gone. Directions are still there, but even they will not print.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.

I'm looking for a URL that will enter the start point, end point, produce TEXT directions (no graphics or maps), and then auto fill the email address field so that all the user has to do is click on the key to have directions emailed.

I have this URL so far,

The web page appears and both addresses are entered into their respective fields, but I get a message...

"Your Start and End locations are identical. Please modify one of them to get directions."

What am I doing wrong?

I would like to have ONLY the text directions appear, but I'm getting hung up on the error message.

I had a query for the UK site (mapquest.co.uk), which I will cover in a separate post.

I sent this query to info-uk@mapquest.co.uk, which is the address given on their "Contact Us" webpage.

The email immediately bounced, giving this error:

Remote host said: 550 No such user (info-uk@mapquest.com)

I realise that many sites are ending email support in preference to webforms and forums. However, if that is the case, then the site's contact page shouldn't hand out an email address that bounces!
